FBI seeks New York murder suspect with connections to the Carolinas

According to the FBI, a New York murderer who is wanted by the authorities has connections to Charlotte and potentially South Carolina.

Mtayari Dixon is being sought by authorities in connection with a homicide that occurred on October 26, 2022.

According to officials, Dixon is believed to have shot the victim following a heated argument in New Rochelle, New York.

Dixon is believed to have then boarded a train to Stamford, Connecticut. Investigators suggest that he may have subsequently taken a bus to Atlanta before making his way to Charlotte.

Dixon faced a murder charge on November 14, 2022, leading to the issuance of an arrest warrant against him.

The FBI is currently providing a reward of up to $10,000 for any valuable information that can lead to the location and subsequent arrest of Dixon.
