Two dead and two injured following a crash in Kansas City, Missouri overnight

The Kansas City, Missouri police are currently investigating a tragic accident that resulted in the loss of two lives and left two others injured.

Around 1:30 a.m., police reported that a white Chevy Malibu was observed speeding in the vicinity of the 5900 block of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.

The police report stated that the Malibu veered out of control, crossing over the yellow line and colliding with a white Chevy SUV.

The Malibu veered off the road and collided with a utility pole before coming to a stop.

Both the driver and passenger of the Trax were initially taken to a nearby hospital in serious condition. However, their conditions have since improved and they are now considered stable.
