Two Men discovered dead on Wednesday believed to have died from drug overdose

Police received a call around 10 a.m. regarding two unresponsive men on Broadway, located between Jefferson Avenue and Fillmore Avenue. Sadly, the authorities declared both men, aged 61 and 64 and residents of Buffalo, deceased at the scene. It is suspected that they overdosed.

Police recovered two kilograms of fentanyl mixed with xylazine at the scene.

Buffalo police stated that the deceased victims were found near key items linked to a drug processing operation.

Authorities have discovered a range of items associated with drug manufacturing, including scales, packaging materials, cooking equipment, a steel press, and a vacuum sealer. These items were found to have suspected drug residue on them.

The authorities are currently conducting an ongoing investigation into this matter.
