Atlanta music producer Clinton ‘D-Billz’ Dorsey killed by son in dispute over dog breeding

A dispute between a prominent Atlanta music producer and engineer and his son has tragically resulted in the father’s death. The son has been arrested and is now facing charges for shooting and killing his father.

The shooting occurred shortly before noon on Thursday inside an apartment at the Arium Lenox Apartments in Brookhaven.

The victim, known in the Atlanta music scene as Clinton “D-Billz” Dorsey, has been identified by the police as 48-year-old Clinton Dorsey.

He has collaborated with various up-and-coming and well-known artists. According to the police, Dorsey engaged in a heated argument with his son, which eventually turned violent.

Dorsey has collaborated with a wide range of talented artists, including BRS Kash, Lil Baby, Da Baby, City Girls, YFN Lucci, Fatt Sosa, VL Deck, Peewee Longway, Jose Guapo, Rich Da Khid, Khaotic, and many others.

Edward Dorsey, 22, has been arrested by the police on charges of voluntary manslaughter.
