Assistance sought in locating 19-year-old man missing since last seen in KCMO

A 19-year-old man has gone missing near downtown Kansas City, Missouri, on Feb. 1, and his family is seeking the assistance of the public in locating him.

On Saturday morning, the Missouri State Highway Patrol released a report about a missing person.

T’Montez Hurt’s last known sighting was at approximately 11:53 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1, at the Greyhound Bus Station on Troost Avenue (1101 Troost Avenue). According to Hurt’s grandmother, he did not board a bus at that time.

According to Hurt’s grandmother, he was captured on street camera footage in the vicinity of 77th Street and Troost Avenue.

Hurt, a Black male, is described as having brown eyes and black/red hair. He stands at 6 foot, 1 inch and weighs around 160 pounds.

He was last spotted dressed in a royal blue Price Chopper polo shirt and green sweatpants.

Hurt proudly displays a tattoo on his right arm.

Hurt’s family is growing increasingly worried about his well-being.
