According to a recent court filing, there is a potential new witness who could testify that Fani Willis, the individual involved in the case, warned her lover Nathan Wade’s former business partner to remain silent about their affair. This revelation adds another layer of complexity to the ongoing legal proceedings.
During a phone call in September 2023, Willis reportedly warned Terrence Bradley, “They are coming after us. You don’t need to disclose anything about us to them.”
According to court papers filed on Monday by Trump co-defendant David Schafer, Cobb County, Georgia prosecutor Cindi Lee Yeager overheard the call.
Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney, is currently fighting to maintain her position overseeing the election interference case, which has charged Donald Trump and 18 others.
Nikki Haley’s lack of knowledge about her own party is the reason why Trump is the only candidate left standing.
She is accused of having a relationship with Wade, whom she appointed as a special prosecutor, but she concealed it from the court, creating a conflict of interest.
Willis and Wade testified that they were romantically involved only between 2022 and 2023, a significant time after the commencement of the case.
During a recent hearing to determine if Willis should be disqualified, Bradley testified that he had no awareness of when the two prosecutors began dating.
According to the filing, Yeager would testify under oath that Bradley’s statement contradicts what he personally told Yeager. Yeager claims that the romantic relationship between Bradley and Willis actually started in 2019, during Willis’s DA campaign.

According to Monday’s filing, Yeager is prepared to testify that Bradley informed her about Wade’s romantic involvement with Ms. Willis while she was campaigning for District Attorney in 2019 through 2020.
