50 Cent has been generating excitement for his documentary on Diddy for quite some time, and it turns out he wasn’t just teasing his rival. The project has now found a highly esteemed new platform, according to TMZ.
Multiple sources who are familiar with the situation have informed TMZ that Netflix has acquired Fifty’s multi-part documentary on the sexual assault allegations against Diddy.
There was a huge bidding war over the documentary, which was produced by 50’s G-Unit Film and Television Studios. Multiple networks and streaming platforms were competing to secure the series.
According to insider sources, the highly anticipated Diddy docuseries will be available for streaming on a popular platform in the near future. Ultimately, the red N emerged as the winner in this race, as reported by TMZ.
The timing of the documentary couldn’t be more relevant as rap mogul Diddy finds himself facing yet another civil lawsuit. Model Crystal McKinney has come forward accusing Diddy of sexually assaulting her back in 2003.
After the release of security footage from 2016 showing Diddy assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie in a hotel hallway, Cassie bravely stepped forward. This incident comes after Cassie had previously accused Diddy of abuse and sexual assault last year, which resulted in a settlement out of court just one day later.
Diddy posted a video apology last weekend where he expressed his remorse and referred to the incident with Cassie as one of the darkest moments in his life.
Despite the fact that he is still confronted with a few other sexual assault allegations in various lawsuits, he has vehemently denied all of the accusations.
50 Cent has been actively involved in the ongoing saga surrounding Diddy’s legal troubles. The rival rapper has taken to social media numerous times to troll Diddy, expressing his thoughts on the allegations and the federal raids conducted on the Bad Boy Records founder’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
For almost two decades, the two rappers have been in conflict. It all started back in 2006 when 50 released a diss track titled “The Bomb,” accusing Diddy of having knowledge about the murder of the iconic Notorious B.I.G.
