Two individuals, who claim to have sustained injuries in the car accident in which Rashee Rice was involved last month, have now filed a lawsuit against the NFL star. They are seeking more than $10 million in compensation for his involvement in the collision.
Edvard Petrovskiy and Irina Gromova recently filed a lawsuit in Dallas County. They claim that their injuries were caused by the reckless actions of Rice, resulting in a massive pileup on a Texas highway.

On March 30, Rice found himself in a Lamborghini Urus, engaging in a race with his friend Theodore Knox, who was driving a Corvette. Unfortunately, both drivers lost control of their vehicles, resulting in a collision with other innocent drivers on the roadway.
The two individuals are currently taking legal action against Rice and Knox, an SMU football player, seeking a minimum of $10 million in punitive damages. They argue that they experienced various injuries, including brain trauma, lacerations requiring stitches, and internal bleeding.
In the lawsuit, they are also pursuing compensatory damages to cover various expenses such as medical bills, mental distress, and property damage.
Rice has not yet made any public statements regarding the lawsuit. However, his attorney, Royce West, expressed that Rice is committed to doing everything possible to ensure that everyone affected by the accident is fully compensated.
Both Rice and Knox are currently facing criminal charges, which include one count of aggravated assault, one count of collision involving serious bodily injury, and six counts of collision involving injury. Last week, both men voluntarily surrendered themselves to the police and were subsequently released after having their mug shots taken.
