Three people killed in West Valley crash identified by police

Police in West Valley City, Utah have released the names of the three individuals who tragically lost their lives in a devastating crash on Mountain View Corridor on Friday night.

Passengers in the other vehicle involved, along with a third vehicle affected by the crash, sustained only minor injuries, according to the police.

Antonio Mireles, a dear friend of mine, tragically lost his life alongside his sister, Jessica, and his partner and mother of his children, Lizbeth.

He mentioned that he and Antonio grew up together and faced numerous challenges as they entered adulthood.

“He said that in the environment we both grew up in, it is uncommon to come across someone who possesses a compassionate heart and upholds strong values. These are attributes that I learned from Antonio,” he expressed.

Although I didn’t know Jessica very well, I could sense that she and Antonio shared a strong bond and had a wonderful relationship with their parents. As Antonio’s friend, I had the privilege of witnessing Lizbeth’s connection with Antonio blossom into the beautiful family they built together.

According to Jesus, Antonio was a beacon of light in the community. He spoke highly of him, describing him as an incredible father and brother, full of love and care. Jesus admitted that Antonio’s presence in his life served as an inspiration to become a better person.

Ever since the crash, he has mentioned that the community has been reaching out and offering their support to the family and children of the victims.

“The city stands in solidarity with him, showing its immense love and support. His departure will undoubtedly leave a void that will be deeply missed by all of us. Lizbeth, Jessica, and everyone else joins in expressing their affection for him. Regret fills our hearts as we yearn for the chance to undo this unfortunate event.”
