Shohei Ohtani Meets Cameron Brink at Dodgers Game, Says ‘You’re Tall!’

Cameron Brink continues her meet-and-greet with Hollywood’s biggest names, as she recently had a run-in with Kim Kardashian. Adding to her star-studded encounters, the L.A. Sparks star had the opportunity to hang out with Shohei Ohtani at the Dodgers game.

The second overall pick of the 2024 draft, along with her rookie teammate and fourth overall pick, Rickea Jackson, had a special experience as VIP guests during the Los Angeles home game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday. They were given the honor of throwing out the first pitch and joining in the traditional rally cry of “It’s time for Dodger baseball” before the game.

During their encounter, Brink had the opportunity to have a personal conversation with the renowned baseball superstar. Ohtani couldn’t help but acknowledge the fact that they were at the same eye level.

As they shook hands, the Japanese superstar exclaimed, “You’re tall!” to the 6’4″ hooper.

Just a heads up, both players are listed at the same height on their player profiles.

They playfully bantered about who is actually taller before delving into Ohtani’s wife, Mamiko Tanaka, who used to be a professional basketball player and is an avid fan of Brink. She expressed her desire to witness Brink’s skills in action soon.

Brink couldn’t contain his excitement upon hearing Ohtani’s words of praise. The talented blogger expressed her immense support for the couple, emphasizing her unwavering admiration for them.

During the first pitch, Brink and Jackson had a great time on the mound. In an unexpected turn of events, their throws got mixed up, resulting in a rather amusing outcome. However, there’s no need to fret as everything turned out fine in the end.
