Report: Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi ‘Quietly’ Marry in a ‘Low-Key’ Setting

Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have reportedly gotten married! The couple, who got engaged in mid-2023, recently tied the knot in a private ceremony. However, they are also planning a larger celebration later this year to include their loved ones.

According to The Sun’s report on Friday, May 24, Millie and Jake recently exchanged their vows in a quiet ceremony in America. The couple has completed all the necessary paperwork and is now legally married. Although they plan to have a larger celebration in the U.S. later this year, their intimate ceremony was a romantic affair, attended by their closest family members.

Both Millie, 20, and Jake, 22, have chosen to remain silent about the reporter’s inquiry. Their speculated romantic involvement began in 2021, initially originating from their friendship. Eventually, they confidently stepped onto the red carpet together as a couple for the first time at the British Academy Film Awards in 2022.

In August of that year, the Stranger Things actress shared her wedding plans during an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, after announcing their engagement back in April 2023.

“It’s an incredibly exhilarating moment in my life,” Millie expressed, emphasizing her intent to keep her promises with Jake personal. “I believe in drawing the curtains, as there are only a few occasions in life that occur once. Having everyone’s opinions and gazes fixated on that moment feels unnatural to me. Therefore, I believe it is crucial to safeguard these intimate and cherished moments in life, keeping them close to your heart.”

During an appearance on Radio Andy in 2023, Jon Bon Jovi, Jake’s famous father, expressed his readiness to embrace Millie as a part of the family. When discussing the topic of age with host Andy Cohen, the renowned “Livin’ on a Prayer” artist addressed the concerns surrounding younger couples getting engaged in their 20s and the potential for breakups. However, Jon emphasized that age was not a determining factor and stated, “Millie is wonderful.”

“I’m not sure if age really matters,” Jon expressed. “What’s important is finding the right partner and growing together… that’s my advice. I believe all of my kids have found someone whom they can grow alongside, and we genuinely like them all.”
