The NYPD has arrested 40 individuals in response to the pro-Palestinian rally held in Brooklyn on Saturday.
During the demonstration, a video captured the moment when the police forcefully brought one of the protesters to the ground. They proceeded to restrain him before eventually taking him away.
The rally took place in close proximity to the Bay Ridge Avenue subway station.
The rally was called the “Flood Brooklyn for Gaza Rally” by the organizers from ‘Within Our Lifetime.”
In the previous week, law enforcement apprehended 150 individuals who were participating in pro-Palestinian demonstrations on the Manhattan Bridge and in Brooklyn.
