NYPD Seeks Gunman Responsible for Shooting at Apartment Building

NYPD On February 4, 2024, an important event took place.

A gunman is being sought by the police after he opened fire on an apartment building in Harlem.

Around 3:30 am on January 4, an unidentified man discharged a handgun inside 70 West 139 Street. According to the police, the shooter fired multiple rounds, causing damage to the property.

No injuries or motive for the shooting have been reported, according to the police.

The NYPD has made public a surveillance video showcasing the individual believed to be the suspect. In the footage, the suspect can be seen conversing on his cellphone while smoking a cigarette outside a building. Described by the police as a bald man with a dark complexion, the suspect was last spotted wearing a gray jacket adorned with white graphics, typical winter attire.
