The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) in Washington is currently seeking the individuals responsible for an armed carjacking incident that took place in Northwest D.C. on Wednesday morning.
Around 1 a.m., a group of five armed men allegedly carjacked a 2001 Red Mercedes C240 in the 100 block of K St. NW, according to a spokesperson for the MPD.
The victim’s expensive coat and iPhone were also taken by the suspects, as stated in the police report for the incident.
The authorities have successfully retrieved the vehicle.
