Charlie Kirk Alarms That Donald Trump Might Lose the Election

Outspoken conservatives are cautioning Donald Trump supporters about an uphill battle between now and November due to a $25 million political fundraiser, which the Biden-Harris campaign claims to be the biggest of all time.

“An Evening with President Biden and Presidents Obama and Clinton” is set to take place on Thursday at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. This highly anticipated event is expected to generate over $25 million in funds. With a sold-out crowd of more than 5,000 supporters, the star-studded gathering follows a successful fundraising period of $10 million following the president’s recent State of the Union address. This remarkable achievement marked the largest single-day fundraising period of his current campaign cycle.

Conservatives have been consistently scrutinizing President Joe Biden’s approval rating and his policies on inflation, crime, immigration, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in Gaza. They anticipate a potential rematch between Biden and Trump in the upcoming 2020 election.

Recent polls have shown a surge in support for the incumbent president, who, along with Trump, has already surpassed the required threshold of party delegates. In March, eight separate polls revealed promising numbers for Biden, with leads or stalemates in crucial battleground states such as Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.

Charlie Kirk, the founder and president of conservative organization Turning Point USA, has issued a warning to Republicans, urging them to remain vigilant. He highlighted the significant difference in fundraising between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. As the crucial months of the campaign lie ahead, Kirk emphasizes the importance of staying alert and proactive.

“This is more money raised in just one night than what Trump raised throughout the entire month of February,” Kirk expressed on X (formerly Twitter). “Democrats are refining their messaging and have a dedicated force of over 5,000 full-time organizers actively working in the crucial states.”

“We face a challenging situation where our opponents have more resources and are willing to spend more. However, the latest polls indicate a narrowing gap. It’s time for us to roll up our sleeves and take action. The future of our nation is on the line.”

According to Politico, the amount expected to be raised in one night, which is $25 million and change, will surpass the $20 million raised by the Trump campaign throughout the entire month of February.

Biden and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) are currently benefitting from a significant financial advantage over Trump and the Republican National Committee (RNC). They have managed to gather a whopping $97.5 million in cash, which is more than double the $44.8 million that Republicans have in their money coffers.

Months before the polls close, the Republican National Committee (RNC) underwent a significant change as President Trump replaced the long-serving chair Ronna McDaniel with his daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, who now serves as a co-chair.

After network hosts publicly mocked her hiring, McDaniel, who had agreed to leave her previous position, had a brief stint at NBC.

The first lady, Jill Biden, will launch the event on Thursday. It will be followed by a program hosted by actress Mindy Kaling. The program will showcase musical performances by Queen Latifah, Lizzo, Ben Platt, Cynthia Erivo, and Lea Michele.

Biden is set to join former Presidents Clinton and Obama for a relaxed and engaging evening of conservation. The discussion will be moderated by Stephen Colbert, the host of The Late Show.

According to the Biden campaign, the amount raised tonight will be almost twice as much as what the Trump campaign raised in January. In addition, it will surpass the combined fundraising totals of the Trump team for both December and January.

“This historic increase in funds is a clear indication of the overwhelming support for President Biden and Vice President Harris, and it demonstrates the remarkable fundraising system we have established,” stated Jeffrey Katzenberg, co-chair of the Biden-Harris 2024 campaign. He further added, “Unlike our competitors, every dollar we raise is directly reaching the voters who hold the power to determine the outcome of this election. Our focus is on effectively communicating the president’s extraordinary achievements, his vision for the future, and the critical significance of this election.”

“The numbers speak for themselves: today’s event is a powerful display of support and a clear indication of the strong momentum behind the Biden-Harris ticket’s reelection bid.”
