According to Scarlett, the mother of the actor, she informed ABC7 on Sunday that her son was leaving work at a downtown rooftop bar when the incident occurred. Initially, Wactor believed that his car was being towed, so he approached the individual to inquire about it. However, when the masked suspect glanced up, they immediately fired at her son.
