Bruce Willis Was ‘So Generous’ on the set of ‘Armageddon’ That He’d ‘Throw a Lot of Money’ Into A Weekly Giveaway So Crew Could ‘Take Away Some Extra Cash’

Super-producer Jerry Bruckheimer revealed in a recent interview with People magazine that Bruce Willis displayed incredible generosity during the production of the highly successful 1998 film, “Armageddon.” Bruckheimer shared that Willis went above and beyond by distributing money to the crew, ensuring that everyone had some additional cash at the end of each week. This act of kindness exemplified Willis’s thoughtful and considerate nature on set. In “Armageddon,” Willis starred alongside Billy Bob Thornton, Liv Tyler, and Ben Affleck, under the direction of Michael Bay.

Ricky Gervais’ latest Netflix special, titled “Armageddon,” attempts to push boundaries and provoke with its edgy and offensive humor. However, despite its efforts, the special falls flat and fails to captivate audiences.

According to Bruckheimer, he spoke highly of Bruce, describing him as a kind and generous person. He mentioned that Bruce would often contribute a significant amount of money to the crew’s cash giveaway drawings. As a result, crew members would receive extra cash at the end of the week if they were lucky enough to win.

According to Bruckheimer, Willis was not only a talented actor but also a generous and supportive friend. During the production of “Armageddon,” the crew would contribute to a cash pot every week. Willis, being the giving person he is, would add his own money to the pot, making the reward even more substantial.

Both Schwarzenegger and Willis made appearances in Sylvester Stallone’s action films “The Expendables” and “The Expendables 2.”

Bruce Willis’ wife, Emma Heming, recently shared an update on his health condition, expressing that it is difficult to determine if he is fully aware of what is happening.
