Creditors want to seize Rudy Giuliani’s Florida condo, court records reveal

Rudy Giuliani is now facing the consequences of spreading false information about Fulton County election workers, as his Florida condo is being targeted by creditors, according to Channel 2 Action News.

After a jury ruled that Giuliani is obligated to pay $148 million to Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman, he promptly filed for bankruptcy.

During the 2020 presidential election, the mother and daughter willingly offered their services to count votes at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. However, Giuliani levied accusations of mass voter fraud against them.

Creditors are seeking to seize Rudy Giuliani’s Florida condo, according to court records obtained by WSB-TV.

In December, when Giuliani filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, he candidly revealed his financial situation. He disclosed that he possessed assets worth less than $10 million but was burdened with a debt exceeding $100 million. This included a significant $148 million judgment for Freeman and Moss.

Creditors are now aiming to recover some of Giuliani’s substantial debt by targeting his $3.5 million Florida condo, according to court documents filed on Friday.

Giuliani’s New York home is currently protected as it serves as his primary residence. According to the documents, Giuliani spends around 20-30% of his time in Florida and has expressed the need to sell his residence there.

In his bankruptcy filing, Giuliani also includes Hunter Biden, Dominion voting machines, and Smartmatic as potential creditors.

Several lawsuits are pending against him.

Next month, there is a scheduled hearing regarding the sale of the condo.

Giuliani is not only dealing with a civil judgment, but he is also facing criminal charges in the Georgia election interference case in Fulton County.
