Man from Arkansas apprehended for alleged involvement in 2004 Fulton County murder

A man from Arkansas has recently been arrested for confessing to a murder that took place in 2004. This shocking development comes almost two decades after the crime occurred.

In May 2023, the investigation was taken over by a detective who meticulously re-examined a vast amount of collected evidence. On February 23, a 65-year-old man named Dennis Kingston was interviewed by the detective regarding the homicide.

Kingston remains in custody at the Fulton County Jail, facing charges of first-degree murder and possession of a firearm. His court hearing is set for February 26th.
