Trump and Giuliani named unindicted co-conspirators in the Michigan phony electoral plan

During a preliminary hearing, a state investigator revealed that Donald Trump, along with advisor Rudy Giuliani and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, were considered unindicted co-conspirators in the case. The hearing focused on the indictment of 15 Republicans who were charged with election forgery for their plan to send illegitimate electors to the electoral vote count on January 6, 2021.

During the questioning of Howard Shock, an investigator at the Michigan Attorney General’s office, attorney for alleged fake elector Michele Lundgren uncovered a revelation regarding other conspirators involved in the case.

“Per ABC News, Silverthorn asked if former President Donald Trump would finally be held accountable.”

“Yes,” Shock testified.

The state’s investigations into the actions of Trump and others remain unclear, but a recording obtained by The Detroit News exposes Trump’s efforts to pressure two election officials in Michigan to refrain from certifying the vote. It’s important to note that Michigan is not the only jurisdiction investigating allegations of fraudulent election actions involving Republicans associated with the former President.

Prosecutors in Arizona have taken decisive action against illegitimate electors, as they recently unveiled indictments on Wednesday evening. Among those indicted is Kelli Ward, a former Arizona Republican Party chair. This move demonstrates the state’s commitment to upholding the integrity of the electoral process.

The Michigan unindicted co-conspirator status arises amidst a series of legal challenges that could potentially hinder Trump’s campaign endeavors. These challenges include a fraud appeal in New York and a criminal trial related to hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels.
