Three suspects detained after victim falls 20 feet in Quincy altercation

On Tuesday, September 10th around 12:33 p.m., the Quincy Police Department and Adams County EMS swiftly responded to a disturbance at 200 North 8th St. It was reported that a fight involving several individuals was in progress.

Upon arrival, the officers found a 42-year-old victim who had been forcefully pushed over a railing, resulting in a fall from a height of approximately 20 feet.

The victim received transportation to Blessing Hospital by Adams County EMS to seek treatment for moderate injuries that were determined to be non-life-threatening.

The officers apprehended three individuals at the scene, including one adult male suspect named Phillip Orange and two juvenile suspects.

Orange and the two juvenile suspects were placed in the Adams County Jail and Adams County Detention Center, respectively. They are facing charges of Mob Action and Aggravated Battery.
