Probationer arrested in Fulton County accused of committing crimes, sheriff reports

A College Park man, who was already on probation, has been arrested by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. This arrest has led to the issuance of multiple additional arrest warrants against him.

The sheriff’s office reported that Quatez Elliott, 26, was found guilty in 2023 of multiple charges, including aggravated assault, armed robbery, aggravated stalking, burglary, and cruelty to children.

According to a statement from FCSO, he was arrested once again on Tuesday for “continuing his criminal behavior, which led to additional criminal charges in the City of South Fulton and Clayton County.”

The sheriff’s office collaborated with the FCSO Criminal Investigations Unit, FCSO K-9 Unit, and federal partner agencies to make the arrest.

Elliott is currently in custody at the Fulton County Jail after being arrested by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Criminal Investigations Division, Fugitive Apprehension Support Team.

Sheriff Patrick “Pat” Labat stated that despite being given a second chance through probation, this young man opted to persist in his criminal activities. The sheriff emphasized the commitment of their office to safeguard innocent victims and enforce the law by apprehending those who violate it.
