James Carville believes that RFK Jr. will have a more detrimental impact on President Trump compared to Joe Biden, but expresses concern about the potential influence of Cornel West and Jill Stein.

In a recent interview on MSNBC, Democratic strategist James Carville expressed his belief that the presidential campaign of independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. could potentially hinder former President Donald Trump’s 2024 bid.

Contrary to popular belief, the seasoned Democratic strategist has a different perspective on Kennedy Jr.’s campaign and its potential impact on Biden.

During a recent interview with host Ari Melber, he expressed his belief that Bobby Kennedy could potentially have a more detrimental impact on Trump than on Biden.

According to recent polls that included three-way matchups between Biden, Trump, and Kennedy Jr., it appears that the former president is typically leading by a slight margin.

Kennedy Jr., an environmental lawyer, recently expressed his intention to be a “spoiler” for both Biden and Trump. He believes that he can appeal to voters who are seeking an alternative to the two major-party candidates. Kennedy Jr. made this statement after selecting lawyer Nicole Shanahan as his vice presidential running mate.

“Our campaign is definitely causing some disruption,” Kennedy Jr. declared at an event last week, as he warmly welcomed Shanahan to join the ticket. “It’s disrupting the war machine, Wall Street, Big Ag, Big Tech, and Big Pharma, as well as the corporate media and all the corrupt politicians and corporations.”

According to RealClearPolling, Kennedy Jr., the son of the late New York Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, is currently garnering an average of 12.3% support in national polling for the three-way race.

In a three-way contest with Kennedy Jr., based on polling data collected from late January through late March, both Trump and Biden are averaging 40.7% and 35.3% respectively.

According to RealClearPolling, in recent March polling, former President Biden is currently holding a narrow 1-point lead over incumbent President Trump, with a 46.5% to 45.5% advantage.

James Carville, a political commentator, voiced his concerns about the Democratic Party’s electoral foundation and expressed worry about the presidential campaigns of Cornel West and Jill Stein.

According to the strategist, there is a segment of Americans who hold a dismissive attitude towards the election, expressing their frustration with a “Just F the whole thing” sentiment. The strategist emphasized that this group of voters is unlikely to support Biden, adding, “Biden is not going to appeal to those who have a ‘F it all’ perspective, understand?”

He expressed concern about Cornel West and Jill Stein, noting that they would also attract a portion of the “F it all” vote.
