Hearing Reveals Trump as Unindicted Co-Conspirator in Michigan Fake Elector Case

Former President Donald Trump, along with his former chief of staff Mark Meadows and Rudy Giuliani, have been identified as unindicted co-conspirators in the Michigan attorney general’s case against the alleged “fake electors” in the 2020 election. This revelation came to light during a court hearing on Wednesday, as disclosed by a state investigator.

Last year, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel brought charges against 16 Republicans for forgery and conspiracy to commit election forgery. The allegations were related to their alleged attempt to replace Michigan’s electoral votes for Joe Biden with electoral votes for Trump during the certification of the vote on January 6, 2021.

During the preliminary examinations for the alleged fake electors, a special agent for the attorney general’s office, Howard Shock, testified on Wednesday. He revealed that Jenna Ellis, a former attorney for Trump, is an unindicted co-conspirator.

During the questioning by Duane Silverthorn, an attorney representing Michele Lundgren, one of the individuals referred to as the “fake electors,” Shock made a surprising revelation.

Silverthorn posed a question, asking, “Finally, did former President Donald Trump…?”

“I swear,” Shock testified.

In a statement, Ted Goodman, Giuliani’s political adviser, expressed Giuliani’s pride in supporting the numerous Americans who voiced valid concerns about the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election.

The statement emphasized that he will not allow himself to be silenced or influenced by highly partisan actors.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel made the decision to dismiss the charges against one of the alleged fake electors in October. This was done as part of a cooperation agreement in the case. However, it’s important to note that the state is still actively pursuing charges against the remaining 15 defendants.
