David Beckham Files $10 Million Lawsuit Against Mark Wahlberg’s F45 Fitness Company

Two fitness giants are heading to court as David Beckham has filed a lawsuit against Mark Wahlberg’s company. The legal dispute stems from a fitness deal that resulted in Beckham suffering a significant financial loss.

According to Beckham’s company, DB Ventures Ltd, they claim that F45 Training “deceived” Beckham into joining their company, even though Mark Wahlberg holds a 36% stake in the company and also serves as its chief brand officer.

David Beckham, who became close to Mark when he relocated to California to join the L.A. Galaxy, has been appointed as the Global Ambassador for F45. This move is expected to significantly increase the company’s reach, given David’s massive following on social media.

Well, unfortunately, things didn’t work out as planned. Beckham has revealed that he never received the $10 million he was promised by the company. It’s worth mentioning that this revelation comes after the company’s stock took a significant hit. By the way, those posts that mentioned the promised payment have mysteriously disappeared.

F45 requested the judge to dismiss the lawsuit, claiming it to be “fraudulent.” However, the judge ruled that the case will proceed.

By the way, David is not the only one. Terrell Owens also filed a similar lawsuit against F45 back in 2017. He claimed that the company owed him a staggering $700,000.
