Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin and wife Kendra are anticipating their first child

Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin took to Facebook on Sunday to announce that he and his wife Kendra Woodfin are expecting their first child.

In an adorable Instagram post, Woodfin expressed his love and excitement for the arrival of their baby. “Kendra, love is truly beautiful! It’s all we need,” he wrote as he lovingly placed his hand over her stomach. The couple is eagerly anticipating the arrival of Baby Woodfin in August 2024.

Kendra Woodfin, previously known as Kendra Morris, is expecting her first child. She already has two children from a previous marriage.

Randall Woodfin, serving as the President of the Birmingham City Board of Education and an assistant city attorney, was elected as the mayor of Birmingham in 2017. He gained re-election in 2021.

Kendra Woodfin, a native of Birmingham, is the owner and broker of Iron City Premier Realty, a prominent real estate brokerage located in Birmingham.

The Woodfins tied the knot last autumn, and their wedding made its way into the coveted “Vows” section of the New York Times. Kendra Woodfin shared with the publication that their love story began in 2021 when she revealed to him that she had dreamt about him.
