I reached out to the office of Rep. Lauren Boebert at 4:50 a.m. ET via email, seeking their comment. If they respond, I will update this article accordingly.

In March 2023, Boebert made an announcement that his then girlfriend was expecting a child with Tyler, who was 17 at the time.

In September 2022, Tyler caused a stir when he crashed his father’s SUV at the age of 17, resulting in injuries to his 19-year-old passenger, Noble D’Amato. Tyler argued that the incident hindered his dreams of pursuing a career as a professional welder.

Tyler initially received a ticket for “careless driving causing bodily injury” and was instructed to appear in court. However, after reaching a plea deal, the charge was later reduced to a defective headlights ticket.

In January, Jayson Boebert, the ex-husband of Lauren Boebert, faced a series of charges, including prohibited use of weapons, third-degree assault, and obstructing a peace officer. The charges stemmed from a reported physical altercation between the two at a restaurant in the town of Silt.

In response to the incident, Boebert provided a statement to Newsweek expressing her disappointment: “It is disheartening to see this situation continually escalate, which is one of the reasons why I have decided to move. I want to clarify that I did not physically assault Jayson, nor was anyone arrested. I will be seeking legal advice to address the false accusations made against me and explore all available legal options.”

In September, Boebert and a male companion found themselves at the center of a scandal when they were asked to leave a performance of the musical “Beetlejuice” due to their disruptive vaping and behavior. Subsequently, footage surfaced revealing Boebert and her companion engaging in inappropriate physical contact during the show. In light of the incident, Boebert issued a statement expressing remorse for her actions, acknowledging that they did not align with her personal values.
