Terrell Suggs, ex-NFL player, arrested a month after purported Starbucks drive-thru incident

Former NFL linebacker Terrell Suggs faced arrest on Tuesday afternoon in Scottsdale, Arizona. The arrest was made in connection with a suspected road rage incident that occurred a month ago at a Starbucks drive-thru.

Suggs, who is 41 years old, has been charged with threatening and intimidating as well as disorderly conduct with a weapon, as stated by Officer Aaron Bolin, a spokesperson for the Scottsdale police. Records from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office show that Suggs was taken into custody on Tuesday and booked into jail.

According to court documents, the incident occurred on the afternoon of March 10 at a Starbucks drive-thru in Scottsdale. A black Range Rover, which was later discovered to be registered under Suggs’ name, was involved. The Range Rover reversed and made contact with the front of the male victim’s vehicle, although no damage was caused.

According to court documents, a camera system installed in the victim’s vehicle captured a confrontation between a man, later identified as Suggs, and the other driver.

According to court documents, the driver felt threatened even though the handgun was never pointed at him.

According to charging documents, the victim managed to obtain the license plate number of the Range Rover involved in the incident. After tracing the plate number, it led authorities to Suggs, whose physical appearance aligned with the individual captured during the altercation. Court documents reveal that Suggs was identified by the responding police officer, as he had previously pulled him over on December 12 and issued him a speeding ticket.

According to court documents, Suggs was taken into custody on Tuesday after he was found driving the Range Rover away from his residence in Scottsdale. Court records indicate that Suggs is expected to appear in court on April 25th.
