Three individuals have been apprehended in relation to the killing of 37-year-old Nathan Riley at a residence on Galley Road in February.
The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) announced the arrest of three individuals in connection with the death of Riley. Brian Baldwin, aged 43, William Dunnington, aged 55, and Brandon Bohl, aged 37, have been taken into custody on a range of charges, including First and Second Degree Murder.
On February 13th, Baldwin was issued a warrant for Second Degree Murder and First Degree Burglary. As the investigation progressed, the charges were later modified to First Degree Murder and First Degree Burglary. Baldwin was apprehended on February 14th.
Dunnington was apprehended on February 13 after arrest warrants were issued for him on charges of Second Degree Murder and First Degree Burglary. Similarly, Bohl also had an arrest warrant issued against him for First Degree Murder charges.
On February 16, members of the Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force, with assistance from the El Paso County Sheriff’s SWAT Team, apprehended Bohl. The capture resulted in all three men being transported to the El Paso County Jail.
