Kellie Pickler Sells Nashville Home Where Late Husband Committed Suicide

Country singer Kellie Pickler has finally moved on from a heartbreaking chapter in her life by selling her beloved Tennessee home. This was the place where her husband, Kyle Jacobs, tragically ended his own life.

According to property records, which were obtained by TMZ, the country singer recently purchased a custom-built Nashville home. The luxurious property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms and was bought for a whopping $2.3 million on May 15th.

The Tudor-style house was initially listed for sale in November for $2.89 million. However, the price was lowered to $2.6 million in March to attract more potential buyers. Eventually, a buyer was found after further reducing the price. Although Kellie didn’t make a significant profit, she managed to sell the property.

Despite this, Kellie made a smart investment when she bought the 4,865 square-foot home for $1.435 million in February 2010. As a result, she has managed to make a considerable profit.

Nearly 15 months after Kellie’s late husband, Kyle, tragically took his own life by shooting himself in the upstairs bedroom/office of the home, the listing has finally become available.

Potential buyers in Tennessee are not legally obligated to be informed of any deaths that may have occurred in a house. However, considering Kellie’s high-profile status, it is likely that those interested in purchasing the property were already aware of the situation.

Kellie Pickler got married to the songwriter in 2011, and the couple appeared together in “I Love Kellie Pickler” for three seasons from 2015.
